Heads up - I was asked to send the check to an unlicensed address in IL. Delta Arsenal is a FFL based in CT. When I emailed "doug@deltaarsenal.com" I'm receiving emails from a "jaybathgatedeltaarsenal@collector.org". I've asked for clarification, but highly suspect this is not legitimate. Be wary

confusing. Is FG42 legit ? Who is the fake one here ? I am attempting to buy a P90 and have been dealing with Jay Bathgate/ compliance officer compliance@deltaarsenal.com.Is he legit ?

FG42 is legit and jay bathgate is too. The scammer took his name and started a email with it. If it is not from a department or name @deltaarsenal.com it is a scammer.

We are based out of Connecticut. No one else from any other state is associated with us. So if you receive a call from someone saying that you haven’t paid, it’s not from us. Everyone that has bought from us has talked to me or my staff from Connecticut. Please don’t let these scammers ruin this forum. might I suggest that those interested DO NOT post a reply to this thread.

Scammers see that post - then search for your email - then send you a message purporting to be the seller.

If you are interested, PM the seller, or better yet, call them directly.
