J Greene Posted January 29 Report Share Posted January 29 As a stripped receiver it wouldn’t be a Destructive Device. It it were a complete gun less barrel it might still be considered a DD because it could be fired without a barrel. They are basically over sized revolvers and could be fired with a cylinder installed and no barrel. This is just my opinion I’m sure someone else will chime in on this.
