Abody711
The instructions on Form 4 never define "legal entity". As a single owner under a business name holding a type 01 ffl and a SOT 3, do I need to submit a photo and fingerprint cards when I am the transferee. This is my first go at it as a SOT. shiklg
No photos or prints required. Just submit 2 (signed) copies of page 1. Last few form 4 to dealer took about 90 days or less for approval Edited January 27 by shiklg
Ryo
Nope.. it is calls a single page transfer. I've received one before. No fingerprints, trusts, etc. Faster than a regular form 4 but I believe they are taking 6 months.. Haven't done one for a while.

Ryo
Joel is right that you should go over the book. Stuff you get from over the internet should always be checked.
