Houston restaurant patron takes out low life robber

Recommended Posts

Good to be rid of MORE ghetto trash, but I think that last head shot might cause him some problems with LEO.

Not that there's anything wrong with a head shot.

Just when you deliver it.

On the ground and down while applying that that type of shot is gonna have the Antif-ites and liberal tards protesting.

The law varies from state to state and I have no idea what it is in Texas but here in Ohio that guy would be in a world of hurt.

The initial double tap as the scumbag was leaving was questionable since the threat was about to be removed but 99 out of 100 cops would coach him to say something like "An armed violent felon was about to exit onto a public street where he presented a real likelihood of causing death or serious harm to other innocent persons.  I fired to protect them."  Even though that's 99% BS it would cover his posterior since there's hardly a prosecutor in the country who'd want to take that case before a jury.

However once the robber was down and the threat has been neutralized the law here says you're supposed to sit there and be entertained by watching him bleed out till the police get there and call an ambulance.  The argument could possibly be made that in the heat of the moment he thought the robber was not incapacitated and therefore still presented a danger although justifying 4 rounds is going to be a pretty tough sell to the prosecutor and likely to the jury.

The coup de grace head shot pretty much qualifies as murder here and I'd expect it to be similar even in Texas.

Follow up ……

Records show Washington had an extensive criminal history and was out on bond at the time of the robbery.

Washington was sentenced to 15 years in prison in 2015 for an aggravated robbery, which was pleaded down from capital murder for the 2013 robbery and murder of 62-year-old Hamid Waraich, records show. He was released on parole in 2021 and charged with assaulting his girlfriend in 2022, according to records.

Unfortunately the good guy who shot this ghetto scumbag "Din Du" is now being brought before a grand jury hearing.

Lets hope all goes well and he won't be charged with anything.

He should get the good citizens award for the year!!

There may be another factor in play here.  If the grand jury returns a no bill it would make it considerably more difficult for the scumbag's family to succeed in a wrongful death civil suit against the shooter.  If the prosecutor steers the jury in that direction then he is actually doing the shooter a big favor

At this point we don't know what the prosecutor is up to
