R.L.
I know their headquarters is in Canada. Direct sales are shipped from Canada. BUT.... is this where they are actually made or is this just another chi-com electronic device with a Canadian Company name. They are taking orders online for delivery starting in December 2022. Delivery is dependant on when you placed your order. Usually the absence of an obvious label or upfront advertising that indicates the manufacturers country of origin, it means it's made in COMMUNIST republic of CHINA. Anyone here own one that can clarify this for me? Feedback on actual usage? Was thinking switching up from my German manufactured "Kurzzeit" PVM-21 chrono to the new Lab Radar doppler system. No way i'm buying another piece of commie manufactured product. Don't care how good it is! Anyone?
United Surplus Arms
the manual says: "Assembled in Canada Made in Canada" you would probably have to call the company to see if there are chinese components. 316-866-2525
bradhe
Virtually impossible to buy any form of electronics that doesn't have chips made in China or Taiwan. Love the LabRadar though
R.L.
Thanks. I can live with Taiwanese components. Mainland Commie China chips, no way. Chinese commies embed spyware in practically every electronic consumer product they export to the US. Even the US military found ghost spyware in products procured from China state owned electronic companies. Fxxkers! Cheers, R.L.
R.L.
Just called the Kansas distributor. Nice folks. The unit IS manufactured in Canada, Quebec specifically. Too bad too, cause we're only 1-1/2 hr away from Quebec. Think I;m popping for one. BTW the unit will attach to any tripod adapter threaded 1/4"x20. R.L.
