IIRC it's been over a year.  I don't know what the justification is, it may be a feedback issue or?  I generally only bid on smaller dollar items thru them.  ITAR has nothing to do with it, I think it is just a PR move?  The NRA is no fan of them either, but those are all business decisions....not good ones IMO, but their choice.  It costs both of them a LOT of lost revenue.
