I have a sales history with multiple transactions on this site dating back to 2016. Yes, Frank from Midwest Tactical is selling as well. It was sent in an email (as opposed to an auction), so there is not a chance of us both selling at the same time. If you actually speak to him, he would explain to you that no it is NOT on a form 3 with him, but as this post clearly states.
