Cleaning solution/process for Dead Air Mask

I'm sure this topic has been beat to death, but one more time please. What do you use to clean your suppressor and do you use any type of lubricant for the removable baffles? Yea I know the  Crest ultra sonic cleaner is great, but I'm not spending 3K to buy one.

I just used a diesel soak overnight. Seems to get most but not all of the deposits out. Gotta be something better to use.

Thanks,

R.L.

I just throw them in a pin tumbler, use a metal pipe cleaner (plumbers tool) on the inside of the tube. You can use it on aluminum baffles as well.

The baffles look bran new, even has the pretty heat treat oxide color

sometimes a little moly grease, most of the time not.

I also have a wire brush I shaped into a cone on  a grinder. Use it when it gets stupid dirty

I usually don't do well on a cleaning schedule and have to bete them out
