This is an H&R, Worchester, MA  M16 rifle originally registered in .223 caliber and fully transferable.  It has been reconfigured with parts and cosmetics to a 9mm using a Colt upper with Colt barrel, Colt bolt and bolt hold back lever and Colt magazine blocks. The markings on the lower receiver are:  H&R Arms Co, Worchester, MA, USA,  US Rifle, M16, 9mm Carbine,#2005xxx. Colt 9mm barrel is 16" with overall length of 34" stock extended. Selector marking are SAFE, FIRE and AUTO. The front receiver push pin is the small hole like a M16 upper but uses the H&R front pin with screw. A .223 M16 upper will fit and function on the lower. This carbine is unusual and has been test fired as perfect functioning. Comes with one Colt high capacity 9mm magazine. Firearm is ready to transfer on an e-form 3.
