WTS Norrell Transferable Select Fire Ruger 10/22 22LR Full Auto Trigger Pack / Sear / Bolt This is a trigger pack and bolt for Ruger 10/22 that I acquired from my friend and neighbor, John Norrell. This one is in the factory Ruger stainless colored finish, one of apx 20 that exist in this factory finish. It’s in my possession and in my books on a form 3 in Arkansas and will transfer to the buyer's dealer on an electronic form 3. S/N 2326. John has made all the latest improvements that he has learned over the last ~40 years to this particular unit. John had the sear made by S&H Arms and John did the rest of the work on the trigger pack and bolt. LINK TO FULL RESOLUTION PHOTOS AND FORM 3 HERE From John: Description: New Norrell Ruger 10/22 select fire trigger pack with lever selector for full auto and semi-auto modes. The trigger pack housing and auto sear both have the serial number engraved on them. The trigger pack and bolt will fit any Ruger brand 10/22 rifle. It is not designed for use with non-Ruger clones or non-Ruger aftermarket parts. Other than the conversion parts specifically manufactured by Norrell, all other parts are standard Ruger brand. All original Ruger functions such as bolt hold open, safety, mag release, etc., are retained. Design: Closed bolt mechanism utilizing an auto sear that is tripped by the bolt as the breech closes. Bolt bounce is controlled by a Norrell anti-bounce weight machined into the rear of the Ruger bolt. An externally adjustable spring loaded plunger is installed in the trigger housing to allow fine tuning of the mechanism, if needed. Ammunition: This full auto conversion was designed for full power high velocity ammo such as CCI Mini-Mag 40g ammo or its equivalent. The full auto mechanism is not designed for weaker subsonic ammo. If you shoot subsonic ammo, CCI Subsonic or CCI Standard Velocity would be the best choices. Cyclic Rate and Magazines: The Norrell full auto Ruger 10/22 cycles on full auto at apx 600-800 rounds per minute with CCI Mini-Mag ammo. We recommend the factory Ruger 10 round rotary (BX-10), the 15 round Ruger (BX-15) and the 25 round Ruger (BX-25) magazines. There are many other brands of high capacity mags for the 10/22, but unfortunately many don’t function well with a semi-auto rifle, let alone a full auto one. The key to a good mag is one that feeds fast enough to keep up with the rifle. It has not been fired, other than the firing that John did in testing it. This trigger pack / sear / bolt was manufactured by John on May 9, 1986 (hence the 5986T serial number), the most perfected revision up until that date. John has made all the latest improvements that he has learned over the last ~40 years to this particular unit. The rifle is NOT included nor are any magazines. He fired it with the recommended ammo (CCI Mini-Mag), and also two subsonic ammos – CCI Standard Velocity and CCI Subsonic. Perfect functioning cannot be guaranteed with subsonic ammo, but you can see that in this case, it did function with these two subsonic ammos.
