    ON HOLD-Ready to eForm 3. Nice bore. Stock has very little movement when open. Shows finish wear but no damage, rust or significant scratches. One magazine included. Functions perfectly.     Well I guess its time. After several of these formerly presample machineguns that were reclassified as transferable have been sold, I decided to offer mine. Several have sold through the auction house MORPHY's in December and a few are offered on another popular site for about the same price. This one is a HK MP5 with the rare "HK T&E ONLY" marking. It comes as pictured with the burst trigger group and the collapsible stock. I will also include a few 30 round magazines. This is a factory German double pushpin gun with three lug barrel. I bought this one from H&H Firearms in Pompano Beach Florida in 2008. I do not know if they are still around or not, but I do not believe that they are? I met him on HKpro and he had a group buy or something for these guns. He had several and even had a couple of MP5SD if I recall. I was told that these guns were obtained from NASA in Cape Canaveral. I do not have any proof of that but I have no reason not to believe it. I would guess thats why it was reclassified as transferable. I suppose a FOIA search could shed light on that. Should be easy to verify. I have owned this gun for 17 years. I have post samples to shoot, so this one has been shot very little since then. It has the original finish as well. I have seen one other "T&E" marked gun for sale. If you want the best, this is a very collectible weapon that would be the centerpiece of any collection. I have a stamped letter from ATF indicating that this gun is transferrable. Asking price is $79,995.00 delivered.
