    I have a brand new-in-box SP5K-PDW that just came in. I ordered this for myself originally, but couldn't wait and actually bought a consecutive pair a while ago - thus this one is now for sale. The pistol is new in the factory grease and comes with the H&K branded hard case. The roomer from an HK dealer I know is that these are actually going to drop off a bit in production this year in place of other manufacturing priorities, but I can't say if that's the case for certain or not.     Freshly demilled totally complete HK SP89 parts kit. I rolled the flat already cut the clearance for the SP89 or MP5K cocking tube. also included is the semi auto shelf and weld on top rail. EVERYTHING needed to do this the right way. barrel is already pressed in trunnion all that needs done is welding. literally this kit could be completed in an hour at this point. I've done dozens so yes an hour if you are a decent welder. $1,999 shipping is paid buyer.

    HK MP5K-PDW built off of an HK SP89. Registered Fleming Sear Professionally installed into 4 position burst pack by Michael Otte at Michael’s Machines a few years ago. This also includes the hammer he custom builds so that the sear and hammer are timed correctly. I had this gun re-marked and re-finished about the same time as I did the burst pack upgrade. As you can see by the pictures this gun is in excellent condition but it has been shot. I changed out the bolt carrier group as well. There are no aftermarket parts installed in this gun except the stock, sear, and hammer. Everything else in this gun is of German orgion. Auction will include a new in wrap German Magazine. Fleming sears are one of the best transferable machine gun investments out there because of their ability to be moved to other host weapons. Gun is available for inspection in Altus Oklahoma by Appointment; I have many references in the NFA community available as well. Sear/Gun will Transfer on ATF Form 3 to your local FFL/SOT. Shipping will be actual cost for Overnight delivery. Payments accepted will be certified bank funds or checks, Funds will clear the bank before form 3 will be filed though.

This is a very low mileage factory built MP5 with HK factory matching serial numbered suppressor. It has been shot, but very little. The bolt gap measures .016, Date Code ID, with HK INC ARL VA marking. There is a very small finish wear mark on the front of suppressor, but the rest of rifle is clean. THIS CANNOT BE OWNED OR TRANSFERRED TO A CIVILIAN! THIS CAN ONLY BE OWNED AND TRANSFERRED TO A FFL/SOT. Since this is a “Pre May Sample” it does not require a Law Letter to transfer to a FFL/SOT. SOLD: Have an sp89 pre ban pistol converted to mp5k-n by TSC, barrel is from an hk94 and converted to 3 lug and threaded 1/2x32, has a german mp5k auto carrier. It currently has my registered trigger pack in it but will transfer as a pistol with stock front plastic and metal grip housing. $5,000, one new HK mag but have more used mags I can sell. Saiga 12 SBS 13.75", I got it from a local guy with everything but the chop done. The carrier/bolt is polished, comes with everything pictured. Transfers on a form 3, $1150. Arsenal 107UR SBR conversion, info is marked on the barrel and you can see it through the handguard. Its unfired since it left the factory, just chopped down.
