    WTS: German WW2 motorcycle sidecar machine gun mount. Appears complete, except for yoke, which is the same as the AA tripod. Elevation mechanism works smoothly. Windage lock lever works, but the slide will have to be worked loose. Surface rust overall, so could use a bead blast and blue. "byf 42" marked, so Mauser made. Rarely seen in any condition.     WTS: MG42 Parts Kit, German WW2. Kit appears complete with all parts pictured. The receiver is marked “dfb” for Guistloff-Werke and year code M.U. for 1944. The receiver is also marked “arz” with an eagle for subcontractor Deutsche Kühl- und Kraftmaschinen GmbH. All receiver sections are present and have very clean torch cuts. I included close-up photos that show the receiver cuts match and are from the same gun. I attempted to photograph all the codes. I owned this for approximately 20 years and it is in exceptional condition seldom available on the market today. Includes a set of new rails. $4500.

    This MG42 was Form 4'ed in NM in 1981 and the owner shot it years ago but not in recent history. Stored in gun safe with barrel in separate location. Barrel has two rust spots on outside; bore appears fine. German marked in very good condition. One crate of 8mm Mauser ammo goes with the gun at purchase (1000+ rounds); no belts but two post-War German ammunition cans included. Subject to prior sale at local tactical shop. Reasonable offer will get attention; low balls will not. Email gets you about a dozen hi resolution pics; phone number for discussion.

All parts on the gun are correct German except the barrel and bolt, the original WWII bolt is included but we do use WWII bolts.     MG42 Fully Transferable .308 Configuration $33,000 1943 MG42 fully transferable. Firearm is configured in .308 (7.62 x 51) with a .308 barrel and feed try. Machine gun comes with an additional 8mm barrel (7.96 x 57mm Mauser) for conversion back to 8mm. Buyer will need to procure a standard 8mm feed tray if you want to shoot in both calibers.
