They (the BATF) changed the law in '82 to outlaw OB semi's as the disconnector could be snapped off, or ground down to allow it to go Full auto. Cocaine Cowboys also put higher rate springs in OB semis that would go Full with the right ammo... Two 115 gr. + one 158 Sampson = three round burst It (the recoil spring) wouldn't allow the bolt on the first two round burst to catch the sear, but on the third round it would reach it, and stop. A cop could check the gun and it appeared normal. So Hatton cut their loses, and sold the unfinished guns to Cobray who turned them into SMG's. 420 units to be exact.     Up for sale is a Powder Springs/Rpb transition M10/45. Meaning it started life as a PS gun and was sold to Rpb where it was registered by them. One side is marked Powder Springs other side says RPB. Gun functions perfect. Comes with three converted gg mags, brand new Practical Solutions forward grip, loader and original wire folder. Has some slight handling marks. Otherwise gun is mint. Fired few little. If the buyer would like I Will have the gun Cerakoted if you like with whatever color of your choice if you like and it will include a lifetime warranty on the wear of the coatings. Just pay the shipping to and from if need be. Also included is a Practical Solutions M10 Uzi style folding stock, not pictured. It’s on order and will be ready in a week or so.
