Good morning ! Yes, the HK-21 barrel is still available. The only proof symbol on the barrel is the stamping 1-20180. I do not know if this means HK or FMP manufacture. It has been in my collection for 20+ years.

The barrel is exactly 19 inches long from end-to-end, including the flash hider. I am not familiar with a short K barrel for HK-21s. All of the barrels I have owned or seen on HK-21s have been this same 19 inch length. Just please let me know of any other questions or other info ! - Jeff
