why is the only method of payment to post an ad on the site is only through PayPal? Paypal is a bunch of fucking piece of shit. They close my account and stole $1000 for me. And never told me the reason why. They just said it was damages to Paypal for use a violation agreement. I would like to place some ads and pay for them but how am I going to pay if you only take PayPal?
let me know either way
thank you

Hello David, with my Corporal status can I post guns for sale Also can i post pics directly without having to use the picture sharing websites like photobucket. where will I find the compose new add button?
Hi Dell,
A paid rank membership is necessary to post items for sale. Personal memberships are $15 or $20, depending upon whether you would like the site to host your photos directly ($20), or if you want to host them externally, and link to them on Sturmgewehr.com ($15). If you are a commercial seller, options begin at $25. Here is more info:
In order to post items for sale, you will need to go the site store to purchase the appropriate subscription for the types of ads you wish to place over the next 12 months. For personal subscriptions, there are 2 options, and for commercial subscriptions, there are many options.
You should also read through the rules, which contain all the details associated with each rank.
Here are the links:

Hi Dave! Chris Shambarger here, are you interested in a pair of like new barrels in 30 Mauser and a magazine marked 30 mauser, marked by BSA. The barrels are threaded for a Thompson. A gentleman I met from Facebook is selling them for a widow of a deceased former class 3 dealer
Hi Dave,
………..This is Bob Hurley from KCR, it's been awhile since I've seen you....> Hope you are well;> .…..Do you know what happened to SUBGUNS.COM, and John Baum's old Salt6 site, MG42/34 site?
If anyone might know of the difficulties of operating these sites, it would be you.....Thanks, and TY for having both this &MGboards site for us.....Bob Hurley
Hi Bob,
I have heard of John Baum's site, though I never posted there. I believe I heard it shut down.
As far as the Subguns site, I can only make an educated guess, based on what I know about the software behind it, and from the message that is displayed when you try to go there. Based on the message, they may be archiving the old material into a new format. That would not be an easy task. Subguns has had some custom modifications, however it still operates on the same base software that Sturm operated on from 1999 to 2016. It's old software that has been unsupported by its originator since about 2002. As such, it could be easily corrupted or potentially messed with. That is the main reason we migrated to the newer software in 2016 that Sturm is currently run on.
I should be at the Creek in October, and hopefully I'll see you there. I know it's been a while since we've crossed paths.
Hope all is well with you, too!
David

Thank you,

Hey David,
I just signed up to sell online. I didn't realize that I should have signed up as a commercial user and signed up as an individual. Can I sign up as commercial and get credited for my individual payment? I just did this today. Thanks Andy

Hi David, i just posted a WTS ad on the NFA board and notice there is an alert of some sort (red Triangle with an exclamation point inside it and whole post is shaded red. i have purchased a commercial account for posting privileges, can you advise what mistake i've made here or how I can remove the warning flag?
BTW - it's been several years since i have been an active board member so my post count shows as 0 now, my last postings and board donation were back in 2012 and were made under this username.
thanks for your help sir.

DAVE..............SOMEONE MESSING WITH MY POST'S....................PICTURES WONT GET ADDED, YET BELOW 13.7 MB.........................DISAPPEARING POSTS....................WHATS UP?
MIKE
I'll take this one issue at a time. I'm not sure why, but the 2 posts above were hidden from view by a moderator. I have unhidden them. As far as the photo posting issue, please try again. If the photos will not post, please let me know what browser you are using. If you are using Internet Explorer, you need to change browsers immediately, as it is no longer supported by Microsoft, and many web issues occur with it. My suggestion is to use Firefox.
Thanks,
David

Hi David,
On what date this year 2017 can we start renewing our membership dues at Sturmgewehr.com
Thank you,
Rodney Stutes
Rodney's Distributors
Hi Rodney,
Your current membership began on 4/14/16, and is good for a year. You can renew at any time, however it will be best for you if you wait until it expires, so that you get your full year, because when you renew, the new year begins on the date of the new transaction.
Just let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!
David
David, I posted this ad which Hedrok from Avon, Ohio first name Brian said he will take it but never sent payment and I marked it SOLD and now cannot repost it. Can you remove the SOLD on the ad so I may repost it. I have tried to contact Hedrok from Avon, Ohio first name Brian with no success. Thank you for your help in trying to resolve this.
