  1. Thank you for a very informative video Aaron. Your contributions are always spot on. Lon
  2. johnsonlmg is correct. once the sharp edges of a chipped bolt are removed by honing, they work fine. I get it that most people would prefer a NOS bolt, but they are becoming more and more scarce and expensive. A properly polished bolt will function the same.
  3. I agree with Bwana, the M11/9 would be a great choice pricewise. The Lage slow fire upper turns it into a very shootable subgun. Also suggest the upper that accepts the drums instead of stick mags, 70+ round mag dumps are a thrill.
  4. Just out of curiosity, if you can get a 70+ round drum, why a 40?
  5. Can't go wrong with John Andrewski.
  6. Plus 1 on Black River. Had an MP40 barrel cleared, did a great job.
  7. My compliments to HAR1690 for an A+ transaction. Excellent communications, a very well packed quality item. Thanks Rob!
  8. Looking for M60 and MP40 individual parts, or sets.
  9. My thanks to all that responded with great practical advice. The consensus seems to be if it's not broke don't fix it. My MCR and M60 run just fine, so no lube for me.
  10. Is it advisable to apply oil to links before firing the Mission Configurable Rifle, or the M60? Thanks!
  11. The observation that the Uzi was in all probability test fired after manufacture sounds logical. If the gun is then "test fired", I would think it is no longer new in box. I don't see the value in additional firing.
  12. Thank you for the info, much appreciated!
  13. What would the value of an M60 NOS barrel with wick be? Obviously in mint condition.
  14. I would like to buy M60 bolt actuators and will also trade other M60 bolt parts for actuators.
  15. I would like to trade M60 bolt plungers for M60 bolt actuators, or possibly other M60 parts.
  16. I am looking for M60 actuators and M60 bolts that have salvageable parts.
  17. I totally agree with skipping the West Hurley. The 1928 WW2 will accept both sticks & drums and has some history. The 21 is a good choice, but expensive and less likely to want to shoot.
