Dealers can buy systems that generate the eft files and electronically scan your prints. Honestly though the paper prints do not seem to delay things.
the cost is quite steep with the cheapest systems being 2.5k give or take with an annual subscription fee. So most dealers will continue to just roll prints.
again, either way is fine so long as they are using eforms . For note that is as is 6 months the wait will be a year again ugh
