I have apllied for my 07 FFL. I plan on dropping my 01 FFl and 03 SOT at the end of this June and gettin a 02 SOT starting July 1st. Yes I drilled and removed muzzle break. Thompson Machine made a 7/8x24 adapter for me. So I had to make no real modification to the barrel.

The instructions on Form 4 never define "legal entity". As a single owner under a business name holding a type 01 ffl and a SOT 3, do I need to submit a photo and fingerprint cards when I am the transferee. This is my first go at it as a SOT.

This is a really random question. I have an SKS that was factory fresh when it was found in a cache. None of my sons have an interest in it. Only fired 4 rounds through it on the the 40th anniversary of my return from Vietnam. Thought about donating it or selling it. So far haven’t come up with a good place to donate it.Suggestions?
