  1. No, standard M11 magazines will not fit properly. This M11 was converted by Craig Wheatley to use slightly modified Sten 32 round and Lanchester 50 round magazines. However, Sam (the M11 guru) at Practical Solutions offers a conversion to/from Sten and UZI magazines.
  2. Transferable SWD M11 9mm with Sten Mag Conversion in Excellent Condition – On Form 4 in Dayton Ohio - $9500 I purchased this M11/9 from Craig Wheatley/Tactical Innovations new in box with his Sten gun magazine conversion back in the late 1990’s. It runs great and has only been out to shoot a few times. Included is the original shipping box, styrofoam tray, cleaning rod, front holding strap, and operator’s manual. Also included are an E&L Manufacturing brass catcher, six (6) modified Sten magazines, and a Sten magazine loader. The M11/9 is in overall excellent condition and it shows very little wear. The M11/9 and included items comes as-pictured in "AS-IS" condition and will show signs of wear from storage, handling, and use. Transferable on Form 4 in Dayton, Ohio. Price is $9500 firm. Terms and Conditions: 100% of the funds are due up front. Buyer and seller will sign a sales contract. The buyer is responsible for paying all expenses related to the purchase (e.g., transfer taxes, packing, shipping, handling, and insurance costs if any). I prefer selling to an in-state (Ohio) buyer direct on Form 4. Out of state buyers are responsible for making all arrangements and paying all costs required to transfer to an out-of-state SOT on Form 4 (and then to the buyer on Form 4). THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT (NFA) ITEM AND REQUIRES BATFE APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER. ALL NFA LAWS APPLY. I can provide several SOT references.
  3. Jeff Koch was a quality individual and a great guy. I purchased an SWD M11/9 from him in 1998. I remember seeing those boxes as it was one of the ones that preceded the SNs of the ones being sold now! Jeff impressed me as I was new to NFA at that time and he spent time with me to teach me some important things (like how not to shoot your hand off if you don't have a suppressor....LOL). I am saddened to hear he is gone.
