  1. Exactly right. With prices like these for an RDIAS, I would not try and shim your sear to the lower, or have any play/slop. It’s well worth the money to have an SOT manufacturer spec the lower(s) to your sear. I have seen too many problems (some of them catastrophic; had to build up and re-bore the axis pin hole on the sear) due to attempts at tinfoil shims and other hokey BS. It’s pretty cheap insurance to have your lower(s) fitted to your RDIAS.

LISTED ALL OF THEM ON GUNBROKER.
  3. ***I’d like to thank someone who turned out to be a friend of a friend, for the call last night about my Chinese Type 56 milled AK-47. Not often I get a call from a collector of that caliber (and I know some very heavy hitters in the NFA community). It is no longer for sale.*** I also lowered the price on the Valmet 62 Conversion.
  4. I’m cordial, courteous and polite, but I’m not really into the chat room that this site has devolved into. If you’re interested in purchasing one of the two weapons I have listed, I’d be more than happy to chat with you in person. My contact info is listed above. If I can’t answer right away, I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
  5. SELLING A RARE ITEM TO DO A HOME ADDITION. GUN IS ON FORM 4 IN MY TRUST HERE IN IDAHO. I MAY LIST MORE COOL STUFF IN COMING DAYS… -VALMET 62 7.62x39mm MILLED AK-47 CONVERSION. VERY RARE AND VERY ACCURATE. FINNISH VALMETS ARE ONE OF THE FINEST AK-47’S EVER MADE. MANUFACTURER (BOX 4a.): “JOHNATHAN ARTHUR CEINER TITUSVILLE, FL”. GUN IS IN FANTASTIC CONDITION. GREAT BORE AND INTERNALS. CONVERSION WAS DONE CORRECTLY. CEINER DID GREAT WORK AND THIS IS NOT SOME HACK JOB. THE ONLY DETRACTORS ARE A COUPLE HAIRLINE CRACKS IN THE WOOD BUTT STOCK. IT ORIGINALLY CAME OUT OF AN ESTATE IN ARIZONA AND I THINK THE HEAT WAS NOT GOOD FOR THE BIRCHWOOD STOCK. THIS IS COMMON WITH WOODEN STOCK VALMETS. IT DOES NOT AFFECT FUNCTIONALITY (STOCK IS SOLID) AND CAN BE REPLACED OR REMADE BY A COMPETENT WOODWORKER. ISRAELI GALIL’S WERE PATTERNED ON THE VALMET 62’S AND THE FIRST GALIL’S WERE BUILT ON VALMET 62 RECEIVERS. I HAVE QUITE A FEW RARE OEM SPARE PARTS THAT CAN BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY AS WELL. $45,000.00 I am a private collector; not a dealer. I can provide pictures, copies of forms and references to serious buyers. I occasionally buy and sell on gunbroker. My username is “thumpher”. I’ve been a registered user since 3/13/2005 and all but one feedback has been an A+ (just one was an “A”); no negative feedback EVER.
