  5. Colt M3 M2 .50 caliber M2HB Springfield Browning This is a Colt manufactured M3 .50 cal model that is a Colt factory original M2 receiver. This is not a side plate receiver but original Colt factory complete M3/M2 firearm and it is fully transferable. It is marked "Manufactured by Colt M3 A.C. Basic" (see pictures) and is a Colt M2 receiver and parts so the cyclic rate is that of a M2 at approximately 600 rpm. Colt and Springfield worked together starting in 1937 to develop a faster shooting M2 they would call later a M3 to be used as an anti-aircraft machine gun. This firearm also has not been shot very much and may have only been test fired from looking at the internal parts and areas of the firearm. We test fired and it shot perfectly. Firearm comes with a M1919 .30 cal. bipod. We can provide more close-up pics as needed. Just describe to us what area of the firearm you want to see photos. Buyer pays actual shipping and insurance. 6. The NFA record lists the source of origin for this AK-47 machine gun under-folder stock as an “North Korean Bring-Back.” The NFA paperwork also list it as a type 56 or 58. The Type 58 model was a Korean made AK but they initially were made with Russian components. However, this rifle predates the 58 (1958) and based on all Russian marking this is a Russian AK-47 Type 2A/B and has the arrow stamped inside a triangle indicating this AK was made at the Ishmash factory in the USSR. The Type 2A/B (lightening cut parallel to barrel) was made between 1951 to 1957 and they were only carried by a group of about 5,000 Russian Military Advisors in N. Korea. Based on research, these early Russian AKs were not issued to the Korean soldiers. There are numerous Russian manufacturing stampings including Russian selector markings and numbers on the firearm and pictures are provided. The registered serial number on the receiver with NFA is 11212-IAC. The number KB8683K is also on the firearm and one that is on the receiver, bolt, bolt head, barrel (chromed bore), wooden forearm and may be on other parts as well. This rifle also includes the original cleaning rod. The wooden forearm has what appears to be a battlefield repair with pins to strengthen it. Some U.S. soldier obviously went to a lot of trouble to get the rifle back to the states and then someone registered it in 1968 during the 30-day amnesty. Firearm includes a newly made East German Soviet Magazine that is constructed in the same original manner as the magazine for this rifle in the 1950's. This is a milled receiver and should be noted that the later AK stamped parts do not fit these early AKs. We can provide more close up pics as needed. Just describe to us what area of the firearm you want to see photos. ASKING $99,900.00 BUYER PAYS ACTUAL SHIPPING AND INSURANCE. 9. Beretta PM12S, PM 12 S, Submachine Gun Pre-May Sample Asking $12,500 plus $175 shipping The Beretta PM12S, 9 x19 mm select fire (safe, semi, auto) is an example of what can be claimed to be the best open bolt sub-machine gun in the world. Not only is its super smooth action and controllability superb and a bit shocking when you first shoot it, but also its features are extremely unique and well thought out. This is quality of design and manufacturing of an open bolt sub-machine gun at its highest. The Beretta PM12S is still in production in various variants since 1959 according to Wiki. Used extensively by the Italian military, police, and in numerous wars around the world, etc. The SMG has multiple safeties. A flip switch safety, a grip safety that locks the bolt either forward or rearward. There is also another safety that does not allow the firearm firing pin to hit the primer until the round is fully chambered. In addition to the rail guided bolt that makes it so smooth, there are windage and elevation adjustable sights with a flip up peep sight for 100m or 200m. On top of that is a very well designed side folding stock that is not in the way when opened or closed. Rate of fire is 550 rpm and has push pin disassembly Firearm comes with three high capacity magazines. Firearm is in excellent condition. Firearm is considered a "keeper" since it was imported into the U.S. before 1986 and a class III dealer can keep this machine gun if they give up their license. 11. Appreciate the comment! Ann, John Norrell, Inc.
  12. The upper and lower are both stamped "249". See picture. I assume that is the matching assembly number. The actual serial of the receiver is M6813. I do see M6813 on the bolt release lever.
  13. This is a Bren Mk 1m British .303 cal. registered as a Pre-Sample and imported into the U.S. by Interamerican. Serial number M-6813. The Mk 1m was the later variant of the Bren Mk 1 that eventually evolved into the Mk 2. The firearm is marked Mk 1m but registered with NFA as a Mk 2. The firearm is also marked Inglis of Canada 1941. Inglis introduced the first Mk 2 in 1941. This firearm has a number of accessories with it listed below. This firearm is in excellent condition (see pics) and has been test fired. Buyer pays shipping of $350 for the the several boxes to be shipped. That includes a field magazine box with 12 magazines that appear in new condition plus another 11 magazines in used condition A 100-round detachable drum. Drum does not include the drum adapter assembly for mounting it to the receiver but we see that adapter assembly on the Internet for less than $100. Brass catcher (original WWII). The Bren brass catcher was used mostly in conjunction with the 100 round drum. $19,500.00 Firearm(s) in this ad are possessed by, titled to, and will be shipped by John Norrell Inc. 14. Thank you! We appreciate that.
  15. PLEASE NOTE THAT I HAVE ADDED A PHOTO OF THE DESCRIPTION SECTION FROM THE ORIGINAL TRANSFER. PER JOHN - There were three primary contractors for the MP-40 for the Waffenamt army armament. Erma, Steyr and Haenel. There were also three subcontractors: Merz, National Krupp Registrierkassen and Steyr-Daimler. The subcontractors would mark their parts with a code and would ship their parts to the prime contractors for assembly. The piece identified with the “ayf” is just the Erma rear pistol cup that is a separate and easily removed part that is easily swapped out, and is not the receiver. The MP40 receiver in our ad has a number of code marks on the receiver with one of the most distinct being the Steyr Eagle over 623. (War trophies were called duffle bag guns as that is how GIs brought them back to the States. In Vietnam, GIs would ship firearm pieces one at a time to Momma and eventually there was a completed bring back in their bedroom in boxes at home when they got back to the States.) The German field armies would swap out easily removed parts to try to keep as many of their weapons running as possible. During 1968, NFA had a 30 day amnesty to legalize as many war trophies as possible. There was a single page form you would fill out and go to the U.S. Post Office (some other gov. offices too) to file it to make your “bring back” weapon legal. In many instances you would take your machine gun into the post office to get help in filling out the form. Imagine a fellow standing at the counter with a post office worker trying to fill out a form while you both look for what may be the serial number. I’ve owned a couple hundred amnesty registered firearms and it is fairly common to see several numbers on a machine gun receiver and know that someone had to pick one out for the registration form. Many times it would not be a number you would assume was the intended prime serial number. But whatever you picked for the form became the official and legal serial number for the firearm from that point on. Same thing on manufacturers. The owners did the best they could to determine who the manufacturer was only to see various parts of different origin but have to make a choice. On many amnesty firearms the NFA paperwork for manufacturer just says “German”, “Korean”, etc. Bear in mind there was no Internet for quick look up in 1968. Back to the MP40. This particular MP40 is directly from the weapons archives from ATF inventory. ATF and technicians from the Firearms Technology Branch examined this MP40 and approved it to be among those that I liquidate for the Federal Court as court appointed special master. This MP40 is fully transferable, German and a good looking shooter registered with NFA as the manufacturer being National Krupp Registrierkassen, GmbH, Berlin, Germany.
