With reference to Title 27, Part 479. Section 479.105(f), I am transferring the following firearms via eForm 3 to be in compliance with the aforementioned section. The transfer of these firearms does not require a Law Enforcement Demonstration Request Letter for transfer as per Section 479.105(f). My intent is to have these items disposed of NLT on June 30 2024. Form 3s will be filed starting around April 22, 2024. The following items are only available to 07/02 ffls and licensed importers. These are not for sale to the general public or standard dealers. If you are an 07/03 (paid the wrong sot), you are ineligible to purchase these too. Have been tested to fit milspec lowers. Due to different manufacturing tolerances across the board, these may fit tight in different Lowers. This is a tippmann m4-22 full auto kit for their 22lr rifles and Pistols to turn them into a 22lr m16. These are not drop in to their guns and would require a 07/02 ffl for legal use and would require a form 2 post sample machine gun. Since these are not drop in conversion, they are legal to own by everyone. These kits include the m16 fcg, selector switch and full auto bolt.
