See pictures. The safety was removed for some reason, but will be reinstalled prior to shipping. Upper is in fucked condition, and is damaged due to someone not replacing the rubber buffer. Amazingly the gun still runs just fine. Replacement uppers can be purchased for around $350 or less, or you can just go straight to a Lage Manufacturing upper. Included is ONE (1) 32rd Cobray-marked factory polymer magazine.

    Gun is a '68 amnesty registration. The serial number used is the one on the receiver. My experience is telling me this is going to be down as a registered receiver.

The Bowers silencer is an older model, but Bowers offers a reasonably priced rebuild option as well as lifetime warranty. Included is ONE (1) 32rd Cobray-marked factory polymer magazine. This machine gun comes as-pictured and "AS-IS" and will show signs of wear from storage, handling, and use.

    To buy this gun, you need to have an FFL with an SOT. Will transfer on a Form 3. This is a Pre-May Sample H&K MP5 SMG. Pre-May means you can purchase without a police demo letter and can retain the item when you give up your FFL. Pics speak for themselves. $13,900

    This is a Pre '86 transferable machinegun and can be owned by anyone who can pass a background check and pay the ATF $200 transfer tax. Transfers on a Form 4 to individuals and a Form 3 to dealers. The Yugo M49 is a Yugoslavian improved version of the PPSh 41 SMG. They're in 7.62x25mm and take PPSh drums and sticks. I'm told it can easily be converted to 9mm with a barrel change due to the quick change barrel, and that 9mm rounds wil feed out of a PPSh drum. Tube gun, tube manufactured by LaFrance.
