UPDATE: SARCO Finally replied, and they're out. Thankfully I got in contact with some friendly 'mrican who sold me his spare! Praise the lord! :D

a moderator can close this, if need be. I've found what I was lookin' for, all thanks to this forum :)

I'll be lurkin' in the shadows though, ready to outbid you guys on any Rk62 goodies getting sold in here!

Greetings from the land of Valmet!

I come to you fine people in need of a very specific part, that I'm having a hard time finding. Now hear, this part isn't some ultra-rare world war era relic, so if you have one, I'm expecting fair price negotiation, not getting ripped off :D

I'm new around this forum, so if I left any required part out, I'd be more than happy to fix it :)

Best regards, and happy holidays,

-Kristian

My god... your signature is enormous! :D

Well, wouldn't say hard. Depends on what you need for it. I was able to buy almost everything else, from signs, stock, muzzleflash suppressor and so on from a single web-shop. Only thing missing is the m62/m76/rk62 handguard. I was offered one of the older rk62 model front guards for 60€, but I'm looking for the newer "M76" model one.

US Sellers are asking bizarre amounts of money for these things, as I browse gunbroker! A used Valmet leather strap almost 30 USD? Are these some sort of holy relics to US Residents? :D

I tried emailing Sarcoinc (US Based company) about this: http://www.e-sarcoinc.com/valmetm76handgaurd.aspx with no success. No reply, nada. The asking price is a big high, but I'm willing to negotiate about it with them. Or any of you fine people, should you be in posession of this type of handguard :)

Well, I'm trying, but they seem unresponsive, and I wouldn't want to call as I live so, so far away. I tried their international and sales Emails, and Facebook. Any idea how to reach 'em?

they may be closed for the week between Christmas and New Years ........  they should reply to your email .... try next week .

or just buy and follow the international purchasing instructions ......

You guys are nuts :D

I'll try reaching out to them again after the new year fuzz has calmed down! Thanks!

EDIT: I'm not even able to create an account to Sarco properly. There's no option to change my country from United States to Finland. I guess they're not very big on international sales.. hm.. Guess I'm forced to wait for them to reply to the Emails I sent.
