This MP40 holds C&R status and was transferred from C&R to C&R on current form 4. MP40 will come with one MP40 mag but buyer will have opportunity to purchase a large number of MP40 mags for extra if desired. MP40 is numbers matching gun down to the bolt and firing pin. Barrel nut was tack welded at one point and original barrel was refinished. Buyer to pay $150.00 shipping and insurance, and pays all tax stamps. Be aware of all NFA rules and ability to acquire weapon. 100% payment by certified funds within 7 days close of auction.
