An active membership affords you the right ot vote at the yearly elections, a stock certificate is issued to the owner, guarantying you to 1/500th of the value of the property if and when it is ever sold. Your membership is not only a shooting venue , but an investment instrument too. 50% down and 50% upon a successful vote by the board. Cash only, no trades.
