I inherited this classic shotgun from my father: A 12 gauge single barrel Martini Henry Action Greener GP (General Purpose) Shotgun in very good condition.  

I am not quite sure which variant it is, but I believe it is one of the Carbine Mark variants as seen here:  http://www.martinihenry.com/mycollection.html

The markings/text on the shotgun are as follows:  BV BP 12c 2 3/4 CHOKE NP NITRO PROOF 1 1/4 oz W.W. GREENER MAKER BIRMINGHAM ENGLAND GREENER'S GP GUN
