How to convert file to EFT for fingerprint cards

After you submit the efile it will have a page you print off with the address to send your prints and photos too. At least that’s how every one I know has been doing them. You have up to 10 days after you filed to send them.

I'm doing my first e-file Form 4, I expected a steep learning curve, but everything has gone pretty smoothly except I cannot figure how to scan fingerprint cards into an EFT format that NFA Branch requires.  Can someone point me where I can get this handled?

you need to search for local fingerprinting services (mayeb the ups store can, my local one wont), than can provide a .eft file.

Most do not offer this as the sotfware is 5k. Even if they has the electronic scanner they still need the software.

you simple cannot can a FP card into a eft.

just send int he paper prints, all my F4s have been less than 90 days.
