Overall this Thompson is in Great condition

SOLD

This C&R Fully Transferable Thompson Submachine Gun offered for sale is a West Hurley Model of 1928, serial number 2840A, and was manufactured in 1986 by Auto-Ordnance in West Hurley, New York, just before the May 19, 1986 sunset on newly manufactured, transferable machine guns.

The weapon comes with one Taiwanese L-Drum (50 round drum). The Taiwanese drums are much more reliable than West Hurley or currently manufactured Kahr drums. This would be an excellent shooter gun for a beginning collector, or for someone who wants to preserve their high condition Thompson, and have another one to use for Thompson shoots and sub gun matches.

This gun was checked, test fired and upgraded by Mr. Dan Block.

As with all DealerNFA, Inc. guns, this item is owned by us, and in stock at our Miami office, where it is available for inspection or eForm transfer to a dealer in your state.

Because BATF added it to the C&R list due to the limited number of them produced, which enhanced its collectability.  They first did the M1s produced by Numrich (very few produced), then later added the 1928s, if I recall correctly.

Thank you, I wasn't aware of that.
