Walnut grips with initials "DES" carved in them. Comes with Colt Archive Letter of Authenticity. Nice patina. Chambered in.45 Colt. Cocks and locks well. Cylinder and frame serial numbers are matching. Loading gate stamped "77". Black powder frame. Shipped 6/29/1883 as part of a shipment of 150 guns. Returned to Colt 10/4/1895 for refurbishment. Retains original 7.5" barrel. Bore clean and shiny with visible rifling. No FFL needed for a gun of this age.
