Posted 12 Jan 2016 Have 3 used Gemtech Halo's for sale from our local PD. These are on form 5's at the department and will transfer directly from there. All 3 have been sent to Gemtech and gone over and checked out. They have normal PD handling marks, some better than others but can be refinished easily enough. All are in good working order.
