Upper is the 6" elite upper with quick change barrel and quad rail hand guard. No sights Upper comes with box, manual ,nutsack and bag of new links. Lower is a new Palmetto state PA15 lower with SBA3 brace installed. This is a nice little package Price is 3500.00 plus shipping I am in Winter Haven Fl.
