Waffen Und Bier
It's not mine and I don't know the seller, but.....dang. Closes soon. If I didn't dislike the .40 SW round and if I had about 10,000 rounds of the stuff, I would buy this (unless there are any known pitfalls involving Billistic receiver guns). Anyone? https://www.gunbroker.com/item/898677426
Got Uzi
I inquired to this as the receiver is a 1985 and the 40 caliber didn’t come to market until 1990.....here is the response I got- “It was a brand new Billistics registered pushpin receiver that was rebuilt and laser welded with a .40 mag well abs bolt release. You can not see the welds and it is identical to a post sample gun. This conversion could only legally be done on double push pin lowers and my understanding is that there are less than 50 of these in the country”
johnsonlmg41
All good except it's in .40 and it's a RR. As to the conversion that may be true, but you can do a parts kit on a new receiver with a sear, or a saw cut receiver by adding a shelf so there are lots of ways to get to the finish line. Billistics conversions are top notch, but as we've seen any RR pricing has been falling relative to sear setups. About all I'm missing is a .40 and I passed on one recently because....it's a .40 and I have about 200 rounds of .40 and 35K of 9mm so it's a math problem. Still a cool gun, the seller is Steve Troy...Troy industries, good guy no problem there.
United Surplus Arms
I was interested in this also but in the end decided I really prefer the 9mm
Got Uzi
I’m watching for a 40 host gun or post sample
Ryo
For me 9mm is for ME too. Only thing I wish it had on a 9mm MP5 is the last round hold back on a HK 40 MP5.
b_san
I had Troy at BarrelXchange make me a .40S&W conversion for my Uzi, that's all the full auto .40 I need. ;)
Waffen Und Bier
If I could find a RR 9mm for $30k, I would take that over a 40K+ sear gun any day. Point moot as I just bought a MAC and a STEn who I will have a hard enough time feeding (not to mention a kitchen and bathroom remodel I have to cashflow). Will be interesting to see what this one goes for.
