It was a common add-on for the 94's back in the day and I believe some might have even come from the factory with them. This was way before all the aftermarket forearms, etc. It was the shroud as pictured and a "cheap" looking plastic handle that screwed into the bottom of the shroud coming in contact with the barrel to hold it in place- I have owned this 94 for almost 20 years and I quickly purchased a B&T forearm and got a proper handle for it- I still liked the look of the shroud but needed to have a way to keep it in place. So I found the proper thread and installed a quarter-inch hex/screw to hold it in place- So anyway I have decided to remove the B&T forearm and handle and just present this the way I purchased it with the addition of the shroud.
