Everything in the kit is new old stock except front rail system. With most of the parts in the wrap still. The Top Cover has been cerakoted (that is how I received it). This kit includes every part to assemble a stripped receiver. The barrel latch axis pin missing from the bag. New ones can be purchased online for $11. I will deduct that cost from the kit total. I had a bunch of these and all sold. M249 parts becoming impossible to find.
