The Group Industries stainless steel lowers, were produced in a quantity of ~100. These are slightly heavier than an aluminum one. They are desirable in that they are considered to last a lifetime. The fire controls are a very rare set of Colt Commando Enhanced four way fire control group. The rear stock is a Colt Advanced Combat Rifle (ACR) program with a 7 position buffer Mil-spec buffer tube, which should accept other Mil-spec sized rear stocks. There is a Enidine carbine buffer SP22461. The upper is a Colt. This was sent many years ago in 1999 to Craig Jordan for a tune up, PM me for details.
