thisismyboomstick
Looking for my first MG. At this point I'm considering the following: M2 Carbine kit RLL SP1 conversion HK sear (would be my #1 but cost is a stretch) MG42 ( only making the list because I believe 7.62x39 conversions are available? ) Suggestions?? I would greatly prefer something on a Form 3 or possibly on a Form 4 in Texas.
pstidan
What is your realistic budget?
Baboon
H&K sear or trigger box & RR M16 are pretty practical. AR uppers are cheaper the sear host.

The prices for a HK sear or MG42 would be a stretch, but I could probably pull it off for the right deal. 9 hours ago, Baboon said: H&K sear or trigger box & RR M16 are pretty practical. Got Uzi
Much further ahead to get a RR M16 and not a LL as they can break. Your budget is pretty close to an M16 conversion gun
PoinsettA
Get you a full auto HK G36 - could probably find one for around 4-6k
x50plt
An RLL would be about the last on my list, full auto only and they break. Wait for a RR ar lower, much better buy.
