R.L.
We're leaving Va and relocating to Maine. No more MG's or DD's but still have some suppressors & AOW's. I should know this, but it's been a long time since I closed down my gun shop and I can't remember what's required. All of my Form 4's use my Va address of the last 30+ years? Cheers, R.L. MontanaRenegade86
I thought it was just a matter of filling out an ATF 5320.20 but Suppressors and AOWs aren’t mentioned in the form instructions. I’d call NFA Division @ 304-616-4500 or email them at NFA@atf.gov https://www.atf.gov/firearms/docs/form/application-transport-interstate-or-temporarily-export-certain-national-firearms/download In Liberty, Kristopher
b_san
5320.20s are not required for suppressors or AOWs. ETA: I should note that you may still file them for suppressors and AOWs, if you want to notify the ATF of your permanent move, and they will get approved but it's not required. R.L.
No way. Just moving outta this new and "improved" commie state of Virginia. General Lee, StoneWall Jackson and the rest of our Great Southern Patriots are probably dying a second time after seeing this disgusting display of socialism on display by the political filth in Richmond. That's specifically for firearms, not suppressors or AOWs.
