The gun is registered by B&T as a short barrel rifle. Everything is new in the box. It includes the Aimpoint TL sight, B&T suppressor, folding stock, vertical grip, sling, magazine, cleaning kit, case, manual, etc. The top rail has integral front and rear flip-up sights. I e-file my form 3's. The picture doesn't show the stock, but it is included of course. The top picture shows an APC9SD for reference.
