It’s with my dealer, on his books. (My twin brother) 

 

bore is super shiny with strong grooves. Looks great. 
 

as for why... like many of us here, sometimes you gotta sell a machine Gun to buy a more expensive machine gun.

And did not purchase new. I was 8 in 1986. Runs great. Video link in the main post using the 40 round mag.
