MG42 Fully Transferable .308 Configuration   $33,000

1943 MG42 fully transferable.  Firearm is configured in .308 (7.62 x 51) with a .308 barrel and feed try.  Machine gun comes with an additional 8mm barrel (7.96 x 57mm Mauser) for conversion back to 8mm.  Buyer will need to procure a standard 8mm feed tray if you want to shoot in both calibers. NFA paperwork says manufacturer is German. Receiver is marked 1943 MG42 serial # with stamped letters CRA which we understand means the firearm was manufacturer by MAGET (Maschinenbau und Gerätebau GmbH, Berlin-Tegel)Barrel shroud on right front and top has been repaired by the signs of some welding but the repair is well done. The top cover has a beefed up front hinge that is a nice feature.   There are numerous German Waffenamt Eagle stamps on the receiver. Original sights and bipod. Buyer pays for Fedex priority shipping ($200)
