Got a couple of questions: 1) Should I receive anything from ATF (email) stating that they received my request? 2) How long does it take to get it signed and returned (via email) to me? Every single 5320 I sent in before I was a dealer, came back approved AFTER I had already went to where I needed to go with my class 3. I just took a copy of the sent in forms. Never a problem. Brwnla Posted March 12, 2019 Report Share Posted March 12, 2019 I received the approved forms back from ATF yesterday. I called up ATF a couple of weeks ago to check status, was told a couple of things: 1) you won't get any receipt for emailed requests, and 2) even if emailed, you will get a hard copy through the US mail when processed.
