Ken Kish in TN
With is easier just to drop in and go? I dont want to have to spend a lot or send it off to a gunsmith? Are the both about the same and will they both accept my Reg Trigger Pack?
mike todd
KEN, I don't have either one, but have been told BOTH will need work to accept a pack. seems logical to me because even original HK's seldom will run without a little "FOREPLAY"
x50plt
Ken, check out HK Pro, lots of experts on that site.

If you can afford a full auto pack. Why not use Genuine German...? Ive always had less tinkering with the real deal... unless you are spending more on ammo than you have invested in your set up , a real shooter . I wouldn't waste my money on clones. localizer11
Omega if you want a sear ready clone.
Aren
Use the Zenith, it’s built on HK tooling. I’d skip the Omega stuff.
Aaron in Mohnton Pa
I got an omega 5k from Atlantic Firearms ... Reg S&H sear in pack drops right in and runs. Has yet to jam on me. Very happy with the gun. I have an original German hk94 converted to Mp5 host ...which I’ve shot quite a bit over the years... as these seem to continue to go up and up in price , it just made sense in my opinion to put the original German host in the safe and be able to beat on a $1,300 clone instead. mike todd
THERE YOU GO! another straight shot from Aaron. beat up the clones and save the good stuff while you can. with 123 women empowered to vote in WASHINGTON I'm afraid they all will be safe queens soon. IF THEY LET US KEEP ANYTHING WHEN THEY GET THROUGH.
PalmettoProjectiles
PTR can give you great prices on shelfed lower guns and you can upgrade to a full auto carrier too. I also have a trigger pack in a SW89k that eats any ammo you feed it, very happy with that gun.
hdiel
Go with ptr, my dlo pack dropped right in and runs great. Zeniths are good too but there is some debate about adding a denial shelf prior to converting into a host. ZENITH was going to do conversions but have removed the option from their website.
