Posted 9 Sep 2018 (edited) This is a John Norrell reweld and I'm the second owner since it left him. I recently refinished it in Brownell's Aluma Hyde II and it had only finish wear, nothing else, no deep scratches, etc. Every upper I've had on this fits with no problems. Doesn't come with the Tripod, just the gun as shown and I cover shipping and the first tax out. In state I will transfer directly to you and cover the tax.
