The Upper comes installed on a POF lower as pictured with a Tac Con trigger. This set up is in excellent condition and has only been test fired as the pictures attest to. The Tac Con trigger makes running this set up fast, extremely easy. If you are looking for the cheapest way to get into a bet fed gun this is it, or if you have a transferable M16 at home and are looking to increase your fun at the range.
