Posted 28 Jun 2018 (edited) This is a pre-may 86 dealer sample keeper. This gun is in excellent original condition, no rebuild marks in original finish with the original 10-43 barrel. The bore is beautiful, and the throat gauges almost as new in comparison to a new OOW barrel. Original BARs like this don't show up often, if you're looking this is a great example. My SOT is current so this will efile on a form 3. $11k delivered. steve at adcofirearms com Edited 13 Feb 2020 by bigbore 1 person likes this Perrysburg, Ohio, United States
Posted 13 Jan 2019 Question on the Pre may - if the business that has the license is a partnership, which part would be eligible to keep the pre samples?
Posted 13 Jan 2019 (edited) If the business is a corporation like an LLC, the gun stays with the LLC as long as the LLC is maintained. So if a friend or family member takes over the LLC down the road, they get the gun too. The gun belongs to the LLC, not any specific individual. If the business is a sole proprietor, the gun stays with the individual, and would have to be sold to another SOT when the sole proprietor dies. Its in too good of a condition to have seen much if any action.
