Both are Gen.3 the 19 is a factory TB version w/factory supressor sights (which are hard to come by as you may know), less than 200rds. through it. Pistol has a Magpul magwell and an extended mag release installed, 2 mags and red label. The 17 is a USA model RTF, Ceracoat slide Desert Tan, factory sights. Maybe 500 downrange.
