It has not been refinished, Comes with Original mags, sling and manual. Currently on a form 3 and it is C&R Eligible. Posted 17 Feb 2016 (edited) DO NOT send any money for this MP40 as it is FRAUD and a SCAM! This person is claiming that he is a FFL/SOT but the copy is fake as well as the license number on the fake Form 3. ATF verified it is NOT a valid FFL/SOT and are looking into this.
