This is a brand new in box Serbu Super Shorty in 12 Gauge. This was manufactured by Serbu Firearms in Tampa, FL. This one is built on a Mossberg 500 host gun and is registered as a Class III AOW. It has a $5 tax stamp transfer payable to ATF NFA Branch. It comes with the factory box, but Serbu does not supply a manual. We do not provide a warranty. Because of this, the SUPER-SHORTY is considered an AOW (Any Other Weapon) and can be transferred with a $5 stamp! The gun holds two 2-3/4" or 3" shells in the magazine, plus one in the chamber.
